Tony earned his reputation by becoming the most recognized CDPE instructor, teaching more than 20,000 agents and shaping future trainers. 

While the CDPE continues to be his signature work, he is now fully dedicated to expanding that impact through the MilRES Certification equipping agents to better serve our military members and veterans.

Tony taught his first class back in January of 2009. He eventually became a full-time instructor and later took on the responsibility, and privilege, to train and prepare the other CDPE instructors to teach the course. During his time as an instructor, he went on to teach well over 10,000 students prior to teaching the last live CDPE class in 2014.
